Making the tang yuan balls

Ingredients – 300 grams glutinous rice flour mix with 2 tablespoon of sugar

1/2 cup of boiling water
1 cup of room temperature water

Clear instructions

1) Buy a packet of glutinous rice flour. It is call tepung pulut. Make sure you get the right one as there are two types of rice flour.

2) Use about 300 grams (a packet is normally 500 grams but that will yield too much tang yuen) of flour.

3) Take 1/3 of the flour and put in a big bowl. Boil some hot water till boiling hot. Slowly pour some of the water to the flour to ‘cook’ it. You want a messy ball of dough so add just enough.

4) Using a wooden spoon, mix the dough till smooth. Slowly add the 2/3 of the flour and keep adding some water till you get a dough that doesn’t stick to your hands. Remember that there is no firm and fast rule on the quantity of flour versus water. Just add flour or water to get the right consistency.

Once the dough is pliable, separate them into small portions if you wish to add food colourings.

Now, use some flour to flour a flat plate. You can now start rolling the dough into tiny balls. To get consistent sizes, I normally roll the dough into a long strand like a snake. Then, I pinch off into smaller bits and let my children roll them into balls.

i m so tired after selling and working hard to sell off my DIY ceramic necklace as well as doing good deed.

standing for 12hours + , not even sat down for 1 second.

i was surprise with my determination.

extremely fagged but i was really enjoy throughout this activity ^^

besides can listen music from the shops ( playing 'mine' for 6 times)

i also enjoy watching lenglui ( should be peeking), listening the performance which done by orphan, shaping my necklace, guiding kids and so on!

turned into zombie after accomplish my mission

again, im really savor it!

Trip on Jln Tan HIok Nee part 1

today, june 8, 7 art studios combine to held a sketching trip on JLN Tan Hiok Nee. This street is the 'historical-est' street in JB.

Early in the morning, we had reached at wangi art studio( masai). So, me as a leader of the group, had to give them bread and name card =.=

7:15am, bus had reached and we had to go permas jaya to fetch FiNE art's students.So, after fetching them, we were heading to our destination! JLN wong ah fook! loL...his brother XD

So, we had to gather infront of the museum and waiting for MYART's students.....( one of them is in my group and i extremely dote him T_T)

When they reached, we were split and traveled around the JLN( quite big, not only know as a 'jalan').We also had a chance to obvious the making process of bread.That bakery was a landmark for jln thn.

shi-fu making... were they nice? (haven bake one lah! haha)

Pacing with tiredness and excitement, finally we were setting down in a beautiful and full of 'chinese feel' of building.Students sat down there and started to focus on their masterpiece.

My godson, was talented. Really.

HAha...then when 11.30am, we walked to pizza hut which is just stone's throw away from here. We were given 4 pieces of pizza-s, one cup of mushroom soup and a soft drink for sure. Kids were as hungry as a horse , average ate 3pizza-s per person. OMG~.~ (including girls)

Then when we finished ate, we went for museum. Of coz, not all of the group went in otherwise the museum will 'jam'...each turn is 2 group and the rest stay inside the dunno call what place to draw their pictures on their shirt.

my godson...so cute and pandai...hahaha

Yesterday went to watch Prince of Persia...

It was awesome...but wasn't as nice as Avatar...

NVm....the second best movie in 2010...hahaha! eeink was crazy for Jake Gyllenhaal...no doubt...he was handsome...haha

before movie was started, we went for papa roti shop. We intended to buy papa roti because we very hungry at that time, but we saw another stall was selling cheap bread. So we went there buy it's hotdog( saussage dunno spell), and for me! hahahaha! i bought 10 muffins for ONLY RM7.50! super cheap! and those muffins so nice!

After Prince Persia finished, we went to hongkong boy for out supper. I ordered takoyaki? shunern ordered 'goreng udang', Eeink ordered 'zhu chiong fan' and we shared to eat. ( 2 photos will be uploaded next time!)

ps:Kaixin only order one ice kacang and she eats many food...haha!

last but not least...i reached home at 12.00pm. =) sweet sweet night!

Forgetful is really terrible!

omg...today i was forget to bring my key.Actually, today morning already showed the 'sign' for me to forget to bring key. I couldn't find my key this morning so i took my mum's one. And when i got into the car, I left it on the car's door, the actual place should be the hole which beside the button for the car window...ok i don't know what is that called. Imagine yourself....

So when i reached school, I got down the car without taking my key! And i only realised that i left my key inside the car when i got down from BUS! ( that time was 2.15pm)

SO? WHAT SHOULD I DO?

I decided to climb over the gate and just sitting in front of my front door.To make myself not embarrass, i pulled the hanging shirt things( dunno what it called) to block from others' sight. Oh shit! I dreaming, solving MathT, soon i going to sleep.At last, i slept! I felt glad that i didn't want to go toilet at that time. haha! So time passes fast, my sis came back at 5pm and i was sooooooo excited! Otherwise i had to w8 for my mum who came back at 7pm! HOlly crap+ bloody hell!!!!

Thanks to this 'forgetness' because i had experience this today and....sure...

I promised that i won't forget to bring key next time!!!!

ok, after suffered from the one-week orientation, tomorrow will be the majlis penutup! Yes!

i am soooo damn happy now! haha....but i can't deny that the orientation makes me know many new friends....so....half happy and half boring bah!

today was 513, and my friend just querral-ed just now....both of them...LOL i am speechless because i don't have the right to critize or cross-over their line. So the best action that i can take was giving them advice? I guess this is the best way gua.

All in all, wish two of you can calm down, don't be so childish.( ok i apologize for saying childish but as both you put in, i can write on my own space.) Don't make a mountain out of molehill.Today so 'ngam' ,because it was 513( zheng ding xian says that it is unnecessary to mention , LOL). So u guys make this historical incident happened again although u guys were the same races.Aw!chinese fighting each other??????? sucks it man!

Today just a historical day for me.....XD

why? Finally i drove it to outside with alone.....In addition, it was a manual car!

After i washed dishes...i phoned kaixin....said that i will go n fetch her first.

Several times i had went to kaixin home...but today i don't why i Just can't remember her adress...

Consequently, i was lost. HAHAHAHA!

But never mind...based on my 'intelligent', i finally found kaixin's house! =)

ish ish ish, so the next task,fetched Li Zi Zi Zi Zi Zi Hern. That fellow....let US waited sooo long, haha.....summore don't believe my driving skill.(Cmmon! Hyung, me, when took license u still eating SHIT! hahahahahahah! XD but also need to thank to ZiHern & Kaixin, i won't be so nervous)

At last, we had a lot of fun at MCD.....hehe

i spent RM1.05 then i got ice-cream n drinks.....=)

Yesterday was our last day in ELS...because it was the last day...and we got our final exam result...
there were two kinds of expression in ELS that day.One is happy and another one is Sad.
People who got their 'repeated' result were sad....sitting there without doing anything or just lying on the table.
People who got their 'passed' or targeted result were happy.They played games which brought from teacher....ps: Yi jing, Karim, Yanjie were the happiest person!!! They really enjoying in thier games...=.=
OF COZ, i was so glad that i was the group from 'happy'.
But i was still a bit not satisfied with the writing result. I was out of topic! mak ai....but happy with it too because my grammar, vocabulary, sentence structure get high marks( mayb teacher give it high to make me pass =.=)Then, i took photo with Yanjie, James, Poh guan,and Hatim.

After that we went to sang K. Red Box didn't accept my friends student pass....so the price would be expensive.And later we decided to go sang...( do the name weird??? O.O sounds 18SX XD, btw we were enjoyed too~
Although the environment doesn't as comfortable as Red box...There actually not that bad also....because their price were 'cheap like hell'.
We sang for 3 hours ++ ....wow! and each person only pay RM5...=)(including drinks)

Arabian students were so enjoyed in karaoke because they said in their country doesn't have this kind of entertainment...after sang we played 'frankness'(Arabian name it) which suggested by lovely arabian students =D.We also say our 'last sentences' to our friends....LOL miss u guys~ ^^

After we left there...we went to eat...i cant eat because i had to go back and ate.?
And thx for yijing the super korea + lotion girl because fetch me and ONG went bus stop. SOSOSO sorry to ONG because i naik bus first...hahahaha! Sorry ya! dun blame me because i very rush for it >

today i was going to take masai bus as usual.....waited at bus stop infront pelangi mall....
It was going to rain....
ME n LUKMAN was waiting for the bus...and very lucky that we managed to get on the bus before it started to rain heavily.....
As soon as the bus stopped....me n lukman rush towards the bus.....in the same time....two strangers.....come and squeeze with us....
from his mouth...i heard: ''hujan! hujan!''
that time....rain was pouring but it wasn't so heavily....so they also squeeze for that reason....

Yesterday, lovely weekend had been reached....whee!
'WORKERS'- Eeink n Kaixin couldnt bear their 'boring-ness'.....INVITED (sounds good~ XD) us went to SINGAPORE for travelling~
First and Foremost???????? i feel sorry for huikee, also known as pigkee lah....haha....because she had to accompany hongwei for the gathering...i think u must be embarrassing right???? lol....me n yoku felt guilty dy....forgive us lah~haha...
In the early morning....we gathered at MCD because ms.kai xin woke up late...hehe...and then hor...we walked to bus stop waiting for bus!( of coz bus...aeroplane ke?)
reached JB customs.....we ready for line up.....we reached there almost 10am++, the long queue at the JB customs make me sigh....so i tried to find a short queue but ....lol
so me mengan eeink n kaixin just line up 'obediently'....

suddenly, i saw double line was there....(two rows)
first we dun dare go for line up because we r not so sure that is 'officially' second line or not....so that i went n spy....
about 10minutes.....ppl stand at the second rows suddenly squeeze into first line....i then realised that it wasnt second line .....sigh!!!!
but i stay calm^^ i didnt turn around n looking for the new line
i just stay there....luckily uncle behind me allowed me to 'potong' him....haha

Yesterday i m really really happy because that suprise was too big for me!

i woke up at 7.00am...too nervous...then open computer,sign in msn, watching pps, to make me relax bit...the time is getting nearer...=='''
9.30 i walked to school.The more nearer i getting with school....more nervous i get!
after reaching school...saw some friends waiting at the pondok there,chatting playing.
They seems not nervous at al...but mayb they r trying to release their tension bah!

So i sat down...heard ppl saying only got 26 ppl straight A's. I just ignored it because that wasn't including me! Result was postponed to 10.30am (actually was 10am).
10.30am reach, everyone 'chiong' into dewan...only left us....sitting there...'emo-ing'
Then after that pn.Suzana giving her speech loh...then clap clap clap clap for the straight A's student...

I still nagging to myself that Pn.Suzana pls faster annouced finish the straight A's student,So that i can faster go to my class n take my result.

AT THIS MOMENT! MIRACLE~! TERENCE. CHONG JIA XUN....i been shock lah!
lagging there few second then baru naik stage....omg..i still wondering whether she wrongly called or what...macam tak benar jer...==
On the stage, my friends all giving me hug, wah so touching lah! This day also comes to me! i cant imagine!!! argh!!!
The next move was calling my mum to tell her the suprise....sms to my sister n all....all cant believe on my result...haha...cant blame lah..i cant believe also~
My dad also calling me (i cant call him because he didnt bring his phone), he also cant believed it ,he still came to school for checking my slip...aiyo...father!

After that, i celebrate with my friends~They also get excellent result! Grazt to them!

Due to woke up in the early morning just now,i decided to take a nap on my bed at 2.30pm.
3.00pm,i woke up because i had a dream which set me in cinema and watching horror movie.....i was frightened by the ghost...haha sounds funny huh...
Just 30minutes? i continued to sleep..................sleep..........then i dream about our lovely zihern and justin^^....hahahahaha...zihern lah...keep show us his fb photo...that's why i dreamed about his photo....(so frightened)

My Dream started with Kumon....lols

I picked up the phone...'Hello,terence today kumon had to closed...so can u help me take care of those student?' 'K....'

So the next scene was Justin already stay in my house....he very intelligent,obedient and my sister also praised him so much...i Had alot of fun with Justin...haha

So when the time's up...he had to go back (my 'dream-controller' just let him dissapear in my dream)

After taking good care with Justin...i went to sleep....lols...i slept in my dream...haha!

From here....omg....i cant tahan anymore...same as what i told eeink them...i couldnt wake up...?
i tried to let myself stay calm and ''had to wake up myself ''...i still cant do it....my hand n leg were freeze or something like that lah...Just that i cant move....oh shit!

Yesterday....i brought my little devil cousin-Edwin Thong to attend his YAMAHA organ class...due to his mother had to work so she had no time to bring his son...
When enter the class(because first time parents must accompany their children),pheh!
TEACHER WAS AWESOME.......snake hair? white skin? and she was 'seven-head-body'(i got measured ah....XD)!
From 7pm-8pm...u cant believe that the time pass so fast as u blink ur eyes....one hour pass like that loh...haha!(because got chiobu teacher )
aw....so beautiful leh...she can play...sing....yerr...><
I hope that next time i will meet that teacher again!!! XD
